All information and records are kept securely and in the strictest confidence. The practice aims to meet the requirements of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the guidelines on the ICO’s website as well as our professional guidelines and requirements. Under the Data Protection Act 2018  you have a right of access to your records.

We will not share information with anyone else including your GP, unless you give us written permission to do so. The only exceptions are when you are considered to be a danger to yourself or others, or when required to do so by a court order.

We use phone and email to communicate with you as confidentially as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility for breaches of these communication routes beyond our control.
